While Watching "Send Me No Flowers"...


I realized I love few things as much as the art direction in Hudson/Day movies.
That map of a cemetery in that frame is so pretty I wouldn't mind hanging it on my own wall.

It's a Norman Jewison film of 1964 before my birth. Today i first came to know about he film . I will watch it if it comes to Satellite TV .

Love it! I now want to re-watch my favorite - Pillow Talk - stat, to see what strange set pieces I want for my own decor. Have you seen Down with Love? I've always meant to (it being a throwback to Hudson/Day), but now maybe I have an excuse to.

I love "Down with Love", it's so well done that you might think it's a lost movie from the era and the production design is truly exquisite.
Plus it's unbelievably fun so check it out!
